No time for scrapbooking?

I have been frustrated because I am always busy with no time for scrapbooking or make any gifts. Last month we went to my brothers graduation and I have been meaning to scrapbook something for him so in a matter of 2 minutes I came up with this simple and to the point little gift. Are you ever in the same predicament as me?
